Murphy Tractor Announces Planned Retirement of President Bill Buckles
Park City, KS— Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co. today announced that President Bill Buckles will retire from his role effective September 15, 2026, following a distinguished career spanning nearly 33 years with the company, including the past seven years as President.
Buckles has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, operational strength, and long-term strategic direction. Under his leadership, Murphy Tractor has continued to expand its footprint, strengthen partnerships, and deliver consistent performance across its markets.
Following his retirement as President, Buckles will remain involved with the organization as a Senior Advisor, supporting leadership transition efforts and contributing to key initiatives.
Murfin Inc., the parent company of Murphy Tractor, has engaged Cornerstone Executive Search to conduct a comprehensive search for Buckles’ successor, considering both internal and external candidates.
